First Connection

Accessing CoreSight

After installation, open your browser and navigate to:

https://<server-ip-address>

or, if you configured a domain name:

https://your-domain.com

Self-Signed Certificate

If you are using a self-signed certificate (typical for local/internal networks), your browser will display a security warning. Click "Accept the Risk and Continue" (Firefox) or "Advanced → Proceed to Site" (Chrome/Edge).

To completely remove this warning, import /opt/coresight/server/certs/cert.pem into your local machine's trusted root certificate store.

Default Credentials

Change your password immediately!

The default password admin is public. Change it upon your very first login by going to My Account → Security.

First Connection Workflow

1. Enter email + password
2. (If 2FA is enabled) Enter your TOTP code
3. (If forced) Change your temporary password
4. Land on the main Analytics Dashboard
