This section allows configuring global security rules for the platform.

Password Policy

• Minimum Length: Set the minimum number of characters required.
• Complexity: Require a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

• Force 2FA: If enabled, all users (including existing ones) will be forced to configure a 2FA application upon their next login.

Data Retention

• Configure the automatic deletion of old audit logs to comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
