System Update

CoreSight can be updated directly from the web interface without requiring command-line access.

Update Process

1. Download the latest release archive (.tar.gz) from the official repository.
2. Go to Administration > System Update.
3. Drag and drop the archive into the upload zone.
4. The system will validate the archive and begin the update.
5. The service will automatically restart to apply the new version.

Safe Rollback

Before applying an update, the system automatically creates a full backup of the database in /opt/coresight/backups/. If the update fails, you can manually restore this backup.
